- One suggestion: To examine the role of Asian fiction in US academic programs and the state of collecting in major Asian studies centers and the Library of Congress across the US. Panel members: 5 members representing: South Asia library, Southeast Asia library, East Asia library, and LC Asia and then a literary specialist or someone who uses extensively in teaching and can address the broad range of uses literature has to teaching and understanding Asia.
