Asia Resources on the World Wide Web
by Raymond Lum - January 1997 (Print source*)

The first section of this list is devoted to URLs for World Wide Web Virtual libraries. These sites each contain avast array of information on and links to the geographic areas or countries covered by the area/country names in their URLs. Some of them have been culled from contributions by Dr. T. Matthew Ciolek to the H-ASIA discussion group on the Internet (at http://h-net.msu.edu/~asia), and others have been submitted by AAS members.

None of the sites are static, but are updated constantly. Be aware that URLs can change. The web search engine that you use will usually give you the most recent URL, which is where you should set your bookmark.

Readers are requested to send information on other sites to:

rlum@fas.harvard.edu

The descriptions do not include ratings. Different users will find different uses and value for them.
